Community Relations

The "call to serve" by students and staff extends beyond the boundaries of our classrooms and school yard to the community at large. The "Leisure Kids" program (a partnership with Leisure World Nursing Home) promotes care and respect for the elderly. Our students make regular visits to the nursing home and are provided with the opportunity to learn from senior citizens. As well during the year, our school facilities are used by various community groups.

How We Live Our Catholic Faith

Students at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School are exposed to a curriculum embodied with the principles and values of our Catholic faith.  During the school year, students, parents and staff share many opportunities to gather as a faith community at School and at Holy Name of Jesus Church.

Our Lady of Fatima supports a number of charitable endeavours, the following are examples: The Food Bank (Advent), Kids Helping Kids (Lenten fund raiser), The Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Terry Fox Run.
