Learning At Our School
Academic Program
Besides the regular curriculum from Kindergarten to grade 8 we offer French as a second Language instruction in every class with the exception of Junior Kindergarten. All curriculum areas support our Catholic traditions and values.
Our staff is committed to providing the best educational opportunities for our students. They are very active in professional development activities and their leadership in that regard is very much appreciated. Our school is a place where students come to learn in a safe environment that nurtures our Catholic values.
We have a high percentage of special needs students, approximately 30%, who are fully integrated within the classroom setting. To assist the classroom teacher in the development and implementation of those programs, we have 7.0 educational assistants and a full time resource teacher.
All of our classrooms are equipped with computers and have access to the Internet. A range of safeguards is in place to limit and control student access to the Internet.
