Dear Parents and Guardians,

The Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board is conducting a Child Care Program Needs Survey for the 2023-2024 school year. The goal of this survey is to understand the need for childcare programs for school aged children, and assist with childcare program and service planning. We are asking all families to complete this survey on childcare needs. The survey should take about five minutes to complete.

The data and information collected will be used to determine childcare program feasibility and the types of programs and services required. Completing this survey will not affect your current or future childcare spaces.

Non-identifying information may be shared with the District of Nipissing Social Services Administration Board, the District of Parry Sound Social Services Administration Board, the Conseil scolaire catholique Franco-Nord, the Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l’Ontario, the Near North District School Board, and the Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board to collaborate in childcare program planning.

To complete the survey online, please visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/childcareneeds2023-2024

The survey will remain open until March 31st, 2023. Ce questionnaire est aussi disponible en français. If you would like a paper copy of the survey, please contact your school and return it to your child’s school or childcare program by March 31st, 2023
