Dear students, families, staff, and community partners,
The month of June is quickly drawing to a close, and with it, the 2025-2026 school year. Together, we have continued to nurture inspiring Catholic school communities across the Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board (NPSC) where every student is supported in reaching their God-given potential. As summer approaches, we celebrate the fruits of our students’ efforts: for each, another meaningful year of learning, and for many, graduation and the transition to new beginnings.

With heartfelt gratitude, we thank the many partners who walk alongside us in the shared mission of Catholic education. We extend our thanks to our dedicated parents and guardians — the first educators of their children — for your continued support of our students’ growth and development throughout the school year; to our committed staff, for your steadfast leadership and service in support of our students; to our parish partners, for nourishing the faith life of our school communities and strengthening our shared Catholic identity; and to our valued community partners, for your collaboration and support in delivering meaningful learning experiences. You each play a significant role in ensuring the success and well-being of our students, and for this, we are deeply thankful. |
This year, we joyfully embraced the theme of the final year of our 2023-2026 NPSC Pastoral Plan, centred on the virtue of Faith. At the same time, we completed the fourth year of our Multi-Year Strategic Plan (ENDs), focused on Faith, Well-Being, Learning, Innovation, and Indigenous Education. These priorities deepened our collective commitment to nurturing vibrant Catholic school communities focused on the academic success and well-being of all our students.
In alignment with the 2026 Catholic Education Week theme, Pilgrims of Hope: On the Path to Holiness, we also reflected on the restorative power of faith, our shared responsibility to enact positive change through intentional daily actions, and the enduring truth that Christ walks with us every step of the way.
As we approach the next school year, we look forward to launching our 2026-2027 Pastoral Plan theme, Alive in the Spirit, alongside our updated ENDs. Together, they will continue to guide and strengthen our work in serving our students, families, and communities.

Across our system, we witnessed students demonstrate remarkable fortitude in their academic and personal growth. They embraced new challenges, crafted innovative solutions, and consistently exemplified resilience. Whatever the year asked of them, they rose to the occasion with courage and determination. We are deeply proud of these caring, capable learners who contribute so meaningfully to the dynamic and faith-filled climate of our Catholic schools. |

To our graduates, the Class of 2026, we offer our sincere congratulations as you reach this important milestone. Through your dedication, perseverance, and hard work, you have grown into confident and compassionate individuals, ready to embrace the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead. As you take your next steps, we encourage you to carry forward the values and spirit of Catholic education, and to continue walking as people of faith, hope, and service in your communities.
