This year, November 16-22, 2025, marks Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week. Launched in 2010 by the Government of Ontario, this week aims to promote safe schools and positive learning environments, and is a great opportunity to learn more about bullying and its impact on student learning and well-being.

Today, on the 11th day of the 11th month, NPSC honours Remembrance Day. This is a special time to recognize and give thanks for the many brave veterans who have served and sacrificed for Canada in times of war, conflict, and peace.

Today, on National Indigenous Veterans Day, we express our profound gratitude, respect, and admiration for the countless First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples who have served and sacrificed for the freedoms we enjoy today, demonstrating immense courage, loyalty, and honour.

This year, November 2-8, 2025, marks Treaties Recognition Week in Ontario. This time of year offers a meaningful opportunity for us to learn more about Treaty rights and relationships—together as a Catholic education community, and especially within our NPSC classrooms.

In late September 2025, an idea planted by a parent at St. Gregory School over a year ago finally took root as a lasting act of faith and opportunity for ecological responsibility.

During Local Government Week, October 19-25, NPSC is proud to celebrate the vital work of Catholic school trustees.
