St. Luke Catholic Elementary School Wins OCSTA Short Video Award!

We are thrilled to extend our warm congratulations to St. Luke Catholic Elementary School for taking home 2nd place in the Ontario Catholic School Trustees’ Association’s (OCSTA) Short Video Contest in the elementary school category!
The finalists across all categories were announced at the OCSTA Seminar in Toronto late last week and we are so proud to share the good news! The theme of this year’s OCSTA Short Video Contest was "Pilgrims of Hope”, aligned to this year’s Catholic Education Week theme. The video, created by Mme. King’s Grade 5/6 class, showcases how the students and staff work together to be pilgrims of hope together on a daily basis throughout the school, through offering a kind word and helping those in need in our community in a variety of ways.
NPSC is very proud of our teachers and students for their hard work on this media literacy activity. The OCSTA award certificate and gift card will also be presented to St. Luke School in the near future.
