It is designed to ensure that the students particular course selections will meet his/her future employment needs. The pathways are organized into five broad-based groupings of careers that share similar characteristics and whose employment requirements call for many common interests, strengths, and competencies. It prepares students for the future by merging rigorous academic coursework with real-work applications and experiences.
